  1. 如果你的敵人讓你在抽牌前擁有8張手牌，你將無法抽牌。
  2. 回合結束時的結算順序為：對手中毒/Purify狀態→生物攻擊→除武器外的Permanent→武器攻擊。
  3. 物理攻擊可以被減少、閃避、阻擋，魔法攻擊只能被特殊盾牌反射。
  4. Spell造成的毒素無法被盾牌阻擋，但是生物的venom可以被阻擋、閃避，如果該生物沒有實際造成傷害的話(造成回血亦不算)。
  5. Spell如果需要鎖定目標，可以有取消的機會，元素會返還。
  6. 生物和武器的技能一回合只能使用一次（除了photosynthesis），一但點選該生物、武器，元素即被消耗，就算取消元素也不會返還，且不可再讓該生物、武器使用技能。
  7. 生物要在場上至少經過你自己的一個回合才能使用技能（除了Shard of Readiness可以讓時間生物在該回合使用兩次技能）。如果是在場上經過一回合才獲得技能（如mutation給予的技能）則可以立即使用，只要元素足夠。
  8. Muligan：當你抽牌時，電腦會檢查七張牌裡有沒有消耗=0的卡片。如果沒有，則洗牌重抽，機會只有一次。因此如果牌組裡有一些不產生元素但消耗=0的卡片要特別小心，一開場抽不到塔、鐘的機率比有相同比例塔、鐘的牌組還高。(需驗證)
  9. 如果兩個玩家都有反魔法的盾牌，魔法只會被反射一次。某些可以指定自己的法術也可以透過這個方法傷害對方。
  10. 自己的生命上限可以被增加至500血(Stoneskin、Shard of Divinity)，也可被對方減至1血(Shard of Void)。
  11. 滿血獲勝(Elemental Mastery, EM)時獎勵金、分數會變兩倍，且若搭配上增加血量上限，則可獲得更多錢。
  12. 獎勵金計算公式為：((當下血量+100)/200)*原獎勵金，如果滿血獲勝再*2。500血滿血獲勝(500EM)可獲得原獎勵金的6倍。
  13. 若因無牌可抽導致失敗稱作Deck Out，通常是因為抽太快，或者是兩邊磨太久而造成的。
